August Classic - Brought to you by TRIA
TRIA is offering sports physicals (MSHSL pre-participation exams) for high school student athletes. All exams are completed by primary care sports medicine physicians and orthopedic surgeons. Athletic Trainers will review each student athlete’s history prior to seeing the physicians and will provide optional ImPACT tests. At TRIA, we care for athletes of all ages and abilities. We’re proud to be team physicians for the Minnesota Twins and Wild.

TRIA Challenge Overview
You can arrive anytime during the hours of 4:30 -9 pm to participate. All activities will be running the entire time. Please pick up a scorecard at registration tables on the way in and don’t forget to turn in on the way out.
Home Run Derby- (Fields 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6)
Field 1- 14/15- 210 ft
Field 2- 13 – 180 ft
Field 4- 12- 170 ft
Field 5- 9/10- 150 ft & 155 ft
Field 6- 11- 160 ft
2 warm up balls, 8 official balls (or you can take best 8 balls, 10 pitches total)
Score is amount of HRs hit
One opportunity to hit per player
Stolen Base Showdown Running- (Field #7 all ages)
Home to 3rd Base, all bases set at 65 ft.
Score is actual time
One opportunity to run per player
Golden Arm Accuracy Throw- (Fields 8 & 9)
Field 8 & 9
9/10s- throw from 120 ft.
11s- throw from 127 ft
12s/13s from 140 ft.
14s/15s throw from 160 ft.
5 throws each player
5 pts. for each throw that hits the Red X on the target
1 pt. for each throw that hits any other part of the target
One opportunity to throw per player
Results
There will be leader boards for each age and division- i.e. 10 A will only be competing against 10 A players etc. Leader boards will posted on the MBL.BZ website by evening of Thursday, August 1 and winners notified by email. THIS EVENT IS FOR FUN ONLY!!
