Happy May! Who's enjoying the start of the baseball season?
We want to start this edition of our blog by thanking the coaching staff of ALL our travel baseball teams. Coaches: without the countless hours you pour in behind the scenes, none of this would be possible. The work you put in does not go unnoticed, and we hope that this proves to be a fruitful season for you too!
As your team starts to get into the grind of the travel baseball season, a reminder to take care of your body. As you have probably read and heard multiple times, take care of your arm! The Redline Arm Activation Routing, provided by the folks at Redline Athletics in Woodbury, is a great resource for all coaches and players to incorporate.
Last, to everyone involved in community-based baseball this summer: have fun this summer! Baseball is the best sport in the world – make the most of the summer, and as always, reach out if we can help!
